Admin. & Event Coordinator

This position will be responsible for the coordination and administration of all firm events. This will involve the planning and execution of the events, administering the material (non-digital) to be used to invite clients, and also assist in the follow-up of leads arising from the events. This position will also be responsible for basic office administration functions to support the activities of the coaching team

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all facets of the company event logistics - both in-house and external venues
  • Manage event calendar
  • Prepare printing and compilation for workshop material
  • Ensure collections are followed up for events
  • Provide backup for the Business Development Officers duties as assgined

Knowledge/

Skills

  • Robust working knowledge of all Microsoft Applications
  • Working knowledge of all social media platforms
  • Ability to write communications (digital and printed)
  • Making presentations to clients using electronic media to present company events

Qualifications

  • Should possess a Bachelor Of Science Degree In Business Management or Business Administration at minimum or other related disciplines
  • Certification in Project Management - recommended
