Marcia Woon Choy

CEO and Business Coach

Marcia is the CEO of the ActionCOACH Jamaica Firm since 2010. She and her team are committed to helping business owners in Jamaica to Transform their Lives and Businesses. A powerful and persuasive presenter and motivational speaker, Coach Marcia has inspired hundreds of business owners and their teams to achieve higher levels of excellence for both their businesses and for themselves. She is a Master COACH and a Global Trainer, and has been consistently ranked in the Top 100 coaches.

She has the distinction of having many of her firm's clients win awards at the Business Excellence Forum Awards (now BIzX) over the last 6 years.

She is also member of the ActionCOACH Chairman'sCLUB into which she was inducted in August 2020. A member of the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce, she serves on the Marketing and Membership Committee.

Moses Chybar

Certified Business Coach

An astute business man and successful entrepreneur Coach Moses states that he has distinguished himself through hard work, determination and philanthropy. His entry into business and management has seen him pursuing studies at the Penn Foster University, Jamaica Institute of Management, Grant Cardone University, the Proctor Gallagher Institute, John Maxwell Academy, and The University of The West Indies Open Campus.

A winner of the NCB Capital Quest 2016 and a recipient of the Governor General’s Award for excellence in August 2018, he gives of his time despite his extremely busy schedule, and never says no to a cause without a valid reason.  He is also the President of the Westmoreland Chamber of Commerce and Board Chairman for The Manning’s School.

Married for over 26 years with 3 children he is the father of two girls and one boy. He believes that the four main priorities in life are Spirituality, Family, Health, and Business.

Laycya Holmes Graham

Business Coach

An accomplished business professional, Coach Laycya is known for her dependability and consistent service delivery to meet or exceed her client’s expectations.  She has led, managed, and closed significant sales for Fortune-100 five hundred companies at a regional and national level in her career in the IT industry.

She has the distinction of being the first Microsoft Academy College Hire by Microsoft Jamaica and quickly rose to become their Country Representative.  This saw her leading the company in all areas of business, sales, operations, marketing, and service delivery.   She then moved on from Microsoft to being responsible for Country Management for Jamaica and Customer Success for the Caribbean Region at Inova Solutions, Jamaica (one of Microsoft’s largest partners in the Caribbean).

She is a Microsoft Licensing Specialist (MLS) and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), and has also been trained by INSEAD in Leadership and Challenger Selling. She was also trained in Leadership by Fujitsu and Microsoft and is a certified Microsoft Adoption Specialist.

Coach Laycya is passionate about helping others to succeed and grow to their full potential.  She is a wife and mother to two children, and serves in her church by volunteering her time in various ministries.   Her leisure time is spent in reading, dancing, singing, and reading.
