Business Development Officer

The Business Development Officer is responsible for getting qualified business owners to attend our introductory and paid workshops/programmes, and /or move them through our 13 steps sales process to come on board as a client. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all facets of the lead generation activities - social media, email marketing, landing page management.
  • Manage leads to closure and building share of wallet using CRM system.
  • Communicate with our Global Office Marketing Division to effectively execute local campaigns.
  • Follow our 13-step sales process to close leads into coaching programs and meet required KPIs.

Knowledge/

Skills

  • Robust working knowledge of all Microsoft Applications.
  • Working knowledge of all social media platforms.
  • Ability to write communications (digital and printed).
  • Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Making presentations to clients using electronic media to present company events.
  • A Motor Vehicle is required for this job**

Qualifications

  • Should possess a Bachelor Of Science Degree In Business Management or Marketing at minimum or other related disciplines.
  • Certification in Marketing and/or Digital Marketing is an asset.
