MWC Associates Limited representing ActionCOACH Jamaica firm (collectively “MWC”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is the data controller and is responsible for the processing of your personal data. This privacy notice will explain how we process your personal data in our capacity as a controller (i.e. when MWC determines the purposes and means for the processing of personal data) as well as inform you about your privacy rights under the Data Protection Act, 2020 (DPA). Personal data means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

MWC may utilize coaching platforms such as the ActionCOACH The COM Portal, and Engage and Grow Portal to assist coaches and their clients achieve their business objectives. This may involve sharing of your personal data and transferring of your personal data outside of Jamaica.

We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law.
