COACH Marcia Woon Choy

Marcia is the CEO of the ActionCOACH Jamaica Firm since 2010. She and her team are committed to helping business owners in Jamaica to Transform their Lives and Businesses. A powerful and persuasive presenter and motivational speaker, Coach Marcia has inspired hundreds of business owners and their teams to achieve higher levels of excellence for both their businesses and for themselves. She is a Master COACH and a Global Trainer, and has been consistently ranked in the Top 100 coaches.

Her professional career began in airline management with Air Jamaica, followed by 15 years at Citigroup Jamaica, where she rose to Vice President and Global Transaction Services Business Head, leading regional teams across sales, product development, and client service. In 2007, she founded MWC Associates Ltd., and by 2010, introduced the ActionCOACH franchise to Jamaica.

Under her leadership, ActionCOACH Jamaica has won multiple Global and Regional Business Awards, while its clients have repeatedly earned prestigious recognition Internationally at the ActionCOACH BizX Awards and locally, such as the JCC Best of Chamber Medium Enterprise Awards in 2024 and 2025.

Beyond her professional success, Marcia is deeply committed to service. She is a Director of the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on the Membership and Fundraising Committee of the JCC. She is also the Vice-Chairman of the ActionCOACH Global Foundation, championing youth entrepreneurship through initiatives such as the Young Entrepreneur Smart Start (YESS) programme.

She is also a Maxwell Leadership Team Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, trained by world-renowned executive coach Marshall Goldsmith, and a Licensed Engage & Grow Team Engagement Coach.
