COACH Marcia Woon Choy

I am the CEO of the ActionCOACH Jamaica Firm since 2010 and a Certified Business and Executive Coach. I head up a team of certified business and executive coaches, and together we help driven and energetic business owners and leaders increase their profits and their operating efficiencies.

Our commitment is to helping business owners in Jamaica to Transform their Lives and Businesses, while building commercial, profitable enterprises that can run without them in it.

I am a Master COACH and a Global Trainer, and have been consistently ranked in the Top 100 coaches. As a certified CEO and Corporate Coach, I also work with CEOs of large corporations.

Our firm has had the distinction of having many of our clients win awards at the Business Excellence Forum Awards (now BizX) over the last 8 years.

Community involvement is also important to me, and so I service as the Vice-Chairman of the Global ActionCOACH foundation and am a Certified YESS (Young Entrepreneurial Smart Start) Coach; and a Coaching for a Cause Coach.

I am also a member of the ActionCOACH Chairman'sCLUB, into which I was inducted in August 2020. As member of the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce, I currently serve on the Marketing and Membership Committee.
