Meet Your Coach

I’m Coach Laycya Holmes Graham, Business Coach with ActionCOACH Jamaica.

I’m a results-driven business leader with a background in leading high-performance teams and closing major deals across Fortune 500 environments. I started my career at Microsoft Jamaica as the first Microsoft Academy College Hire and later rose to Country Representative, leading sales, operations, marketing, and service delivery.

I also served as Country Manager for Jamaica and Customer Success Lead for the Caribbean at Inova Solutions, one of Microsoft’s largest regional partners.

Today, I bring that corporate experience plus my Microsoft certifications and leadership training from INSEAD, Fujitsu, and Microsoft into coaching business owners, executives, and teams to translate strategy into execution and achieve breakthrough results.

And beyond business, I’m a wife, a mom of two, active in church ministry, and I love reading, dancing, and singing.
