Structure Of The Programme

Every week your management and supervisory team will watch a video facilitated by Brad Sugars; after which you will meet with the coach for one (1) hour to debrief the videos and discuss strategies to implement. You will receive the templates and supporting material to help you implement your learnings.

USD 1,200.00 + GCT per leader is your investment.

Host an 'In-House' Group

If you have a management team of at least 6 members, we will host a private, in-house, group where we train your entire management team.

Must have a minimum of 6 management team members participating in the programme.
